关于2025-2026学年（第二学期）国际学生转专业工作的通知

各位同学：

为进一步激发学生学习主动性和积极性，满足不同潜质学生的发展需求，根据教育部第42号令《学校招收和培养国际学生管理办法》、《广东科贸职业学院国际学生招收和培养管理办法》、《广东科贸职业学院转专业管理办法》等文件精神和相关要求,现将2025-2026学年第二学期留学生转专业相关工作通知如下：

一、转专业工作安排

（一）学生提交《国际学生转专业申请表》：2026年6月8日-6月12日，6月12日中午12:00截止；

（二）转出学院审批：截止时间2026年6月22日17:00；

（三）转入学院考核：相应专业学院对申请转入的学生按要求进行资格审核，主要考核学生的语言能力、综合素质与特长，以及学生对申请专业的适应能力等。截止时间2026年6月27日17：00；

（四）学校公示（暂定）：2026年6月29至7月3日；

（五）如公示期内无异议，报学校职能部门备案，学生进入新专业就读。

二、转专业条件

（一）转出要求

申请转专业的学生必须为我校在籍普通全日制学历生，且符合以下基本条件：

1.入学已满一年；

2.政治思想表现优良，品行端正，身体状况符合转入专业的要求；

3.在校期间未受过警告及以上处分；

4.英语、汉语基础良好，所有课程无不及格情况；

5.学习目标明确，家庭经济条件良好，能够负担国外学习生活相关费用；

（二）转入要求

1.可转入专业仅限已开设的中文授课专业，即：跨境电商、动物医学、软件技术专业；

2.通过转入专业学院资格审核。

（三）其他要求

1.学生就读期间只可转专业一次；

2.完成转专业的学生需在新专业就读，不得申请转回原专业；

3.留学生转专业后须达到转入专业培养方案要求方可毕业，所缺课程必须补修，并按规定缴纳相应学费。若在第三年，仍有考试不及格的课程（分数<60），将会延迟毕业。

4.转专业申请表提交截止时间：2026年6月12日

Notice of Changing Majors for International Students in the 2025-2026（the second term）Academic Year

Dear students:

In order to further enhance students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning, and to meet the developmental needs of students with different abilities, Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade hereby issues the following notice on major transfer applications for the 2025–2026 academic year（the second term), in accordance with the Regulations on Transferring Majors for International Students.

I. Procedure

1.Submission of Applications by Students: June 8 to June 12, 2026, with a deadline at 12:00 on June 12.

2.Approval by the current college: Deadline by 17:00 on June 22, 2026.

3.The admitted colleges verify the qualifications of students requesting the transfer.The assessment mainly focuses on students' language proficiency, comprehensive quality and specialties, as well as their adaptability to the applied major. Deadline by 17:00 on June 27, 2026.

4.School Publicity (Tentative): June 29 to July 3, 2026.

5.If no objections are raised during the public announcement period, report to the university’s functional departments for record, and students will commence studies in the new major.

II. Requirements

1.Requirements for Changing Out of a Major

Students applying for changing major must be diploma students at our college and meet the following basic requirements:

(1)Have been enrolled for at least one academic year.

(2)Have excellent political and ideological performance, good conduct, and physical condition that meets the requirements of the intended major.

(3)Have not received any learning warnings during the study.

(4)Have a solid foundation in English and Chinese, without  failing any courses.

(5)Have Clear learning objectives and good financial conditions that can afford the living and study expenses in China.

2.Requirements for Changing Into a Major

(1)Applicable to the three existing Chinese-taught majors: Cross-border E-commerce, Veterinary Medicine, and Software Technology.

(2)Must pass the conditions review for the intended new major.

3.Other Requirements

(1)Students may only change majors once during their studies.

(2)Once transferred, students must continue in the new major and cannot return to the original major.

(3)After transferring to a new major, you must meet the requirements of the new major for graduation. Any missing courses must be retaken, and the corresponding tuition fees shall be paid in accordance with regulations of the school. If you still have failed courses (scores are below 60) in your third year, your graduation will be delayed.

(4)Major Transfer Application Form submitting: June 12. 2026, Comprehensive Building 211 in Baiyun Campus.
